The station is presently operational, with service having commenced on August 28, 2007, pursuant to authority granted in a request for license. Pursuant to Section 25.209 of the Commission‘s rules, the antenna has been tested and is within 20B of the pattern specified; and 4. TTNO hereby certifies that if the station ceases to operate during the license period, the license will be surrendered to the FCC for cancellation.
