Pursuant to Section 25.1 12(a)(1) othe Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. §25.1 12(a¥(1),we dismiss the application as defective, without prejudice torefling. A review ofthe appliction reveals that the Frequency Coordination and Intrference Analysis Report, as submited, does not fulill the requirement() of Section 25,203(c) ofthe Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R.§25.203(c), because thereport docs not demonstratethatthe earthstation was coordinated with exising terrestral users and with previously—filed applications for trrestril stations. Therefore,the application is incomplete. While we dismiss the application on the above basis, we take the opportunity to apprise you of other concems we have should NTELOS choosetore—file the application. In Schedule B of FCC Form 312, we calculate that the Earth Station Azimuth Angle Eastern Limit (Question ES6) should be 141.9°rather than 162", the Antenna Elevation Angle Eastern Limit (Question ES7) should be 51.1° rather than 15.69%, the Earth Station Azimuth Angle Westem Limit (Question E58 should be 256.9° rather than 250‘, and the Antenna Elevation Angle Westerm Limit (Question ES9)should be 15.3° rather than 45.15¢. !— 37001200 Mz band.
