The licensee has changed its name to KHBS Hearst Television Inc. as a result of an internal corporate name change. While no change in control or ownership is directly implicated by the name change, it may be worth noting that the licensee recently secured authority for a transfer of control in File No. SES—T/C—20090519—00617, which was consummated in early June.2009 (the licensee already notified the Commission of the consummation). No further ownership change has occurred.
