("SBCIS") hereby requests that the Division staff change the FCC Registration Number ("FRN") associated with SBCIS‘s receive—only satellite earth station registration, call sign E0O50211, from 0011554029 to 0012536033. Both of these FRNs are for SBCIS; 0012536033 is a replacement for 0011554029, which was canceled as redundant. No assignment or transfer of control of the earth station has occurred.
