Thank you for your prompt response. 
 
On the Points of Communications question, since you checked Item 22 on the main FCC Form 312 that you are using U.S. licensed satellites, I gather you would put the name "ALSAT", this indicates that the U.S. satellites are all authorized.  If this is the case, E21 should have "ALSAT" as the Common Name.

I apologize for not providing some of the information, I was extremely busy that day and was in and out of the application. Once I hit Menu and no errors cam up I figured all was well.
 
E21 Points of Communications - I thought this was the name of a satellite I could not find instructions to help me figure out what this meant. Please explain.
 
Frequency:
E43 - 3700.0
E44 - 4200.0
E45 - RO - Receive Only
E46 - V/H
E47 - 36M0F8W / 3700.0 - 4200.0
         36M0F3F / 3700.0 - 4200.0
E48 - if this is the long term Interference objective it is -156.0 dBW/MHz  20 %
E49 - if this is the short term Interference objective it is -146.0 dBW/MHz 0.01%
E50 - Digital
 
Receive Frequency is at 4GHz

Mr. Henderson,

The application for Cox Southwest Holdings, L.P. Registration of New Domestic Receive-Only Station, has information omitted.

On FCC Form 312- Schedule B the entire Frequency page and E21 on the Points of Communication page, has been left blank.  This information must be included. 

Also, the Antenna Gain page has the Receive frequency band as 4.2 GHz and the Frequency Coordination and Interference Analysis Report has it as 4.0 GHz.  Which is correct ? 

Please respond within seven days or application will be dismissed.
