PLEADING TO CORRECT RECEIVE-ONLY EARTH STATION SITE INFORMATION To Whom It May Concern: Reference earth station registration for Insight Communications Midwest, LLC FRN 0003748365 Call sign: E990037 in Evansville, IN The actual NAD83 coordinates of this active station, from Google Earth, are: 37° 59’ 41.2” N Latitude 87° 32’ 34.7” W Longitude Elevation: 127.1 meters (417 ft.) The approximately 280-ft. discrepancy is due to a mis-calculation of the site coordinates, working from USGS Topographic maps at the time. Registrant requests correction in the IBFS record.
