Request for License Reinstatement of Call Sign KA337 Denali 20020, LLC requests authority to reinstate their expired Call Sign KA337 in Brewster, Washington. The license for the existing 18.3-meter C-band earth station(s) was inadvertently allowed to expire on 09-22-17. This earth station has been under continuous Frequency Protection by Comsearch as documented in the attached “Letter of Protection” in Schedule B of this application under Frequency Coordination. Regulatory fees are up to date for FCC Call Sign KA337 and last paid on 9-13-17. Due to the critical nature of support that this earth station provides for Defense Department clients, Denali 20020, LLC requests special consideration in the expeditious grant and reinstatement of Call Sign KA337.
