Request for License Reinstatement of Call Sign KA20
Denali 20020, LLC requests authority to reinstate their expired Call Sign KA20 in Brewster, Washington.
The license for the existing 30-meter C-band earth station was inadvertently allowed to expire on 12-08-
17. This earth station has been under continuous Frequency Protection by Comsearch as documented in
the attached “Letter of Protection” in Schedule B of this application under Frequency Coordination.

Regulatory fees are up to date for FCC Call Sign KA20 and last paid on 9-13-17.

Denali 20020, LLC also requests that the “Grandfathered” extended C-band status of KA20 be
maintained for reinstatement of this license, since this 30-meter antenna is located at the Brewster
Teleport with other current “Grandfathered” extended C-band earth stations, E960222 and KA294.

Due to the critical nature of support that this earth station provides for Defense Department clients,
Denali 20020, LLC requests special consideration in the expeditious grant and reinstatement of Call Sign
KA20.
