    1. Your application did not affirm that antenna would record ship location, etc. every 20 minutes pursuant
        to (25.221(a)(5) and 25.222(a (5). Will they?

        Harris CapRock certifies that, pursuant to Section 25.221(a)(5) and 25.22(a)(5) of the Commission's Rules, during
        proposed experimental operations in C-band and Ku-band for the ST5000-2.4 and v240M terminals, it will keep a
        time annotated record of the ship location, transmit frequency, channel bandwidth and satellite used and will
        maintain it for a period of not less than 1 year. The record will be recorded at time intervals no greater than every
        20 minutes while any C- or Ku-band ESV is transmitting. Harris CapRock will make this data available upon
        request to a coordinator, fixed system operator, fixed-satellite system operator, or the Commission within 24
        hours of the request.

   2.    Does Harris Caprock have an ESV operator license and a hub that will be used to communicate/test
        the ST5000-2.4 Terminal and Intellian v240M earth stations on these vessels of foreign registry? What are
        vessels country of registry and a point of contact for the relevant administration responsible for licensing
        ESVs. See 25.221(a)(6) and 25.222(a)(6)

        Yes, Harris CapRock has an ESV operator license (Call Sign: E060157) and will be testing the
        subject terminals using a hub at the Intelsat Moutainside Teleport in Hagerstown, MD , USA.

        Pursuant to Section 25.221(a)(6) and 25.222(a)(6) of the Commission's Rules, Harris CapRock
        certifies that it will test the ST5000-2.4 terminal in the C- and Ku-band on the Carnival
        Sunshine, a Bahamian-registered cruise ship. The point of contact for the Bahamian licensing
        administration responsible for licensing ESVs is: Bahamas Maritime Authority, Shirlaw
        House, 226 Shirley Street, PO Box N-4679, Nassau, Bahamas. Contact at phone number +1 242 356
        5772 or email reg@bahamasmaritime.com.

        Pursuant to Section 25.221(a)(6) and 25.222(a)(6) of the Commission's Rules, Harris CapRock
        certifies that it will test the v240M terminal in the C- and Ku-band on the Carnival Victory, a
        Panamanian-registered cruise ship. The point of contact for the Panamanian licensing
        administration responsible for licensing ESVs is the: Panama Maritime Authority, Pan Canal
        Plaza Building (Albrook), Omar Torrijos Herrera Avenue, Albrook, Ancon Borough, Panama. Contact

        Yes, Harris CapRock certifies that, pursuant to Sections 25.221(a)(7) and 25.222(a)(7) of the
        Commission's Rules, the point of contact for control of the ESVs during the proposed
        experimental operations on both vessels is Mike Horn, located at 1025 West NASA

   4.    In relation to RAS coordination, the application did not address operations about St Croix and Puerto
        Rico. 25.222(d)

        Harris CapRock certifies that its proposed test operations will not be conducted in the 14.47-
        14.5 GHz band within: (a) 45 km of the radio observatory on St. Croix, Virgin Islands (latitude
        17°46′ N, longitude 64°35′ W); (b) 125 km of the radio observatory on Mauna Kea, Hawaii (at
        latitude 19°48′ N, longitude 155°28′ W); and (c) 90 km of the Arecibo Observatory on Puerto
        Rico (latitude 18°20′46″ W, longitude 66°45′11″ N). Accordingly, coordination with NTIA and
        IRAC is not required.
