Overon America LLC Modification Adding 3.7 Meter Ku-band Antenna to E150031 Exhibit A EXHIBIT A – APPLICATION SUMMARY 1.0 - Description of Application The instant modification application seeks to add one transmitting antenna to Call Sign E150031. Specifically, Overon America LLC (“Overon”) seeks to add a Probecom Microwave Technology Co. Ltd. (“Probecom”) 3.7 meter K37T (“K37T”) antenna to the aforementioned earth station.1 Overon seeks authority to operate the Probecom K37T exclusively in the conventional Ku-band.2 Overon does not seek to modify any of the technical or carrier parameters related to any existing antenna operating under Call Sign E150031. 2.0 - Exhibit Table of Contents Exhibit Description Total Pages Exhibit A Application Summary & Exhibit Table of Contents 1 Exhibit B 3.7 Meter Ku-band Radiation Hazard Analysis 5 Exhibit C FAA Notification 1 1 The Probecom K37T will be located within one (1) second longitude and latitude of the existing coordinates for Call Sign E150031. 2 For the purpose of instant application Overon defines the conventional Ku-band as 14000-14500 MHz earth-to-space and 11700-12200 MHz space-to-earth.
