EXHIBIT 2 (Page 1 of 1) DOCUMENTATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Scripps Broadcasting Holdings, LLC. Tulsa, OK The facility proposed in the attached application is a cluster of roof mounted satel- lite antennas, with the largest satellite antenna in this cluster is a 6.0 meter parabolic reflector, with the center point of the dish mounted 3.0 meters (10 feet) above the roof of a 6.1 meter (20 foot) tall building. With the antenna in operation with any of the do- mestic arc, permitted list satellites, the maximum operational height will never exceed 6.0 meters (19 feet) above the roof of the existing building. Thus, pursuant to Section 17.14(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.15(b) of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facility is totally exempted from FAA notification requirements, since its height above the roof of an existing building will never exceed 6.1 meters (20 feet).
