EXHIBIT 2 (Page 1 of 1) DOCUMENTATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Scripps Broadcasting Holdings, LLC San Diego, CA The facility proposed in the attached application is a cluster of ground mounted satellite antennas, with the largest satellite antenna in this cluster is a 9.1 meter para- bolic reflector, with the center point of the dish mounted 5.5 meters above ground. Thus, the total height of the antenna system is less than 10.1 meters above ground. According the FCC TOWAIR utility, a 10.1 meter structure at this location would pass slope to any airport. Therefore, pursuant to Section 17.07(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.13 of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facility is exempted from FAA notification requirements. Carl E.
