EXHIBIT 2 (Page 1 of 1) DOCUMENTATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Scripps Broadcasting Holdings, LLC Indianapolis, IN The facility proposed in the attached application is a ground mounted 7.6 meter parabolic reflector satellite antenna, with the center point of the dish mounted 5.0 me- ters above ground. Thus, the total height of the antenna system is less than 8.8 meters above ground. According the FCC TOWAIR utility, there are no airports within 8 kilometers of this site, thus an a 8.8 meter structure at this location would pass slope to any airport. Therefore, pursuant to Section 17.07(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.13 of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facility is exempted from FAA notification requirements. Carl E.
