EXHIBIT A NOTIFICATION OF MINOR MODIFICATION DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (“DIRECTV”), pursuant to Section 25.118(a)(4) of the Commission’s rules,1 hereby notifies the Commission of a minor modification to its Long Beach, California earth station (Call Sign E070123) to change the western satellite arc limit (Box E55 on Schedule B) from 120.0W to 140.0W for all authorized frequency ranges.
