EXHIBIT 2 (Page 1 of 1) DOCUMENTATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Christian Faith Broadcast, Inc. Sandusky, Ohio The facility proposed in the attached application is a fixed receive only earth station with the satellite antenna permanently ground mounted. The satellite antenna is a 3.8 meter diameter parabolic dish, with the center point of the dish mounted 2.74 meters above ground. Thus, the total height of the antenna system will be less than 4.64 meters above ground, regardless of how the dish is oriented. Therefore, pursuant to Section 17.14(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.15(b) of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facility is exempted from FAA notification requirements, since its height above ground will not exceed 6.1 meters (20 feet).
