FCC Form 312 HNS License Sub, LLC Page 1 of 1 Modification of Blanket Earth Station Authorization Pursuant to Section 25.117 of the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC”) rules,1 HNS License Sub, LLC (“Hughes”) requests the following modification to its blanket earth station license E060445 to add the 29.25-30.0 GHz band to the 74CM(FA) antenna ID. On March 22, 2012, Hughes filed an application to modify this license - IBFS File No. SES-MFS-20120322-00290.2 In the application, Hughes requested “harmonization of spectrum on all antenna types to the 29.25-30 GHz (Earth-to-space) . . . .”3 The application was granted on June 20, 2013.4 Despite Hughes’ request, the license does not include the 29.25-30.0 GHz band for the 74CM(FA) antenna in Section B of the license. In addition, when the International Bureau modified the license, it deleted the 29.25-29.5 GHz frequency for the 74CM(FA) antenna from the license without a modification request to do so. Since these omissions appear to be inadvertent, Hughes requests that the FCC modify the license to add the 29.25-30.0 GHz band for the 74CM(FA) antenna.5 1 47 C.F.R. § 25.117. 2 The FCC originally granted this license on February 27, 2007.
