Attachment to Form 312 Response to Questions 42a and 42b ALSAT: An ALSAT earth station license authorizes the licensee to communicate with all U.S.- licensed satellites, and all non-U.S. licensed satellites on the Permitted List, with respect to the services and frequency bands specified on the Permitted list for each satellite.
