    Dear Ms. Dortch:

On behalf of Telesat Network Services, Inc. (“TNSI”), licensee of the above-
referenced earth station, the undersigned hereby informs the Commission that certain
effective isotropic radiated power (“EIRP”) parameters associated with operation at the
following emission designators should be reduced to reflect more accurately the
antenna gain of 53.5 dB @ 6 GHz.

Specifically, operation on 5925-6425 MHz at 32M0G7D should be corrected to 80
dBW Max EIRP/carrier and 40.95 dBW Max EIRP Density/carrier. Similarly, operation
on 5925-6425 MHz with 36M0G7W, should reflect 80 dBW Max EIRP/carrier and 40.44
    Max EIRP Density/carrier.

Questions with respect to this matter should e referred to the undersigned.

                                           Sincerely,

                                           Joseph A. Godles
