                                     Modification of Coordinates


       Skynet Satellite Corporation (“Skynet”), seeks to modify its license for earth
station call sign E000706 by updating the licensed coordinates. Pursuant to Section
25.117(c) of the Commission’s rules, Skynet is providing information that is changing as
a result of the modification and certifies that the remaining information reflected in the
license has not changed.

       The Commission recommends that earth station licensees use World Geodetic
System 1984 (“WGS84”) datum to specify site coordinates and has suggested that
applicants for renewal or modification of earth station licenses provide coordinates
based on WGS84.1 For call sign E000706 the WGS84 coordinates, as set forth in items
E11 and E 12 of Schedule B to form 312, are as follows: 38° 43' 48.2" N 078° 39'30.3" W.

      Below is a Google Earth screen shot confirming the presence of the licensed
antenna at these coordinates.

                                     Modification of Coordinates


       The updated coordinates for E000706 are within 1 second (in one case if rounded
to the nearest second) of the coordinates for the following C-band earth stations
licensed to Skynet or an affiliated company.

        E070265, a 3.8 m earth station located at 38° 43’ 47.6” N, 078° 39’ 30.3” W.2

        E080148, a 10 m earth station located at 38° 43’ 47.9” N, 078° 39’ 29.1” W.3

       Neither Skynet nor any of its affiliated companies has received interference
complaints regarding these other facilities, which are coordinated and have been
operating successfully. Similarly, Skynet has not received any interference complaints
regarding E000706, which is the subject of this modification application. E000706 was
originally coordinated and licensed in 2002 and has been successfully operating since
then as well.

       It is Skynet’s understanding that in these circumstances no new coordination is
required in connection with updating the coordinates for E000706.4
