Dear Ms. Dortch:

SES Government Solutions, Inc. (“SES-GS”), by its attorney, hereby provides updated and
corrected information regarding the above-referenced application for modification of the SES-
GS earth station in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, call sign E980347.

Specifically, SES-GS advises the Commission that:

      •   For antenna 2, the 8.1 meter Vertex antenna discussed in the modification, the
          maximum input power is 40 watts, and the maximum aggregate output EIRP for all
          carriers is 75.8 dBW. The maximum EIRP density toward the horizon is
          45.8 dBW/4 kHz.

      •   For antenna 3, the 4.6 meter Vertex antenna discussed in the modification, the
          maximum input power is 25 watts, and the maximum aggregate output EIRP for all
          carriers is 68.9 dBW. The maximum EIRP density toward the horizon is
          41.9 dBW/4 kHz.

      •   For antenna 4, the 7.6 meter Maxtech/RSI antenna discussed in the modification, the
          maximum input power is 15 watts, and the maximum aggregate output EIRP for all
          carriers is 71.1 dBW. The maximum EIRP density toward the horizon is
          31.5 dBW/4 kHz.
