       To Whom It May Concern:

       This is to notify the Commission on behalf of CBS Communications Services Inc. that
       formal frequency coordination for Earth station E950490 (SES—MOD—20180604—
       01163), which is located at the KYW—TV studio site, has now been successfully
       completed. Please find the coordination report, Micronet File Number H1820011,
       attached.

       As permitted by waiver pursuant to Public Notice DA 18—398 (April 19, 2018), the
       application referenced above was initially filed without a frequency coordination report.
       The authorization, which was granted August 6, 2018, contains Condition Code 90472,
       stating that the Earth station is not entitled to protection from stations operating in the
       fixed service. Now that the coordination report is available, we respectfully request to
       have this language replaced by Condition Code 90471, stating that the Earth station is
       protected within the limits established by the attached report. It is understood that this
       change will require the application to be placed back on the Accepted for Filing Public
       Notice.

The results of the study indicate that no unacceptable interference will result with
existing, proposed or prior coordinated radio facilities.

Coordination was performed with existing, proposed and prior coordinated carriers
within coordination range on the following dates:
