Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: E150097, SES-MOD-20180323-00263: Construction Notification Dear Ms. Dortch: I am writing on behalf of ISAT US Inc., licensee of E150097, to certify pursuant to 47 CFR § 25.133(b)(1) that ISAT US Inc. commenced operation of the earth station terminal authorized by the above-referenced blanket license modification prior to the one-year anniversary of the grant (May 15, 2018). The antenna type identified above has been tested and certified to be in conformance with the license terms.
