Exhibit A Response to Question 43, FCC Form 312 Intelsat’s modification application seeks authorization to (i) add new emission designators 300KF7D, 500KF7D, 850KF7D, and 1M20K7D; (ii) add additional C-band frequencies, as provided in Schedule B; (iii) add the Intelsat 805 (Call Sign S2404) and Horizons-3 (Call Sign S2947) satellites as Points of Communication; and (iv) change the antenna ID to FIL-C09.
