This document pretains to SES-MOD-20180221-00150 for Modification on a Satellite Earth Station filing.

IBFS_SESMOD2018022100150_1341224

                                                                                      Exhibit 1

This Modification Application is being filed for Station E050350 to update the following
Schedule B parameters, pursuant to the Commission’s Public Notice, DA 17-1127, dated
November 21, 2017.1

Schedule B: Updated Site Contact:

        Eddy Martinez
        66C Teleport Drive
        Brewster, WA 98812
        Tel: 509-689-1000

Schedule B: Updated Geographic Coordinates Using WGS84 Datum and Site Elevation:

        Geographic Coordinates:

                 N. Lat: 48-8-44.22 (WGS84)
                 W. Long: 119-41-33.27 (WGS84)

Pursuant to the Commission’s instructions, “N/A” was chosen at Item E13, and
the updated WGS84 coordinates were specified at Item 43. The licensee
understands that the Commission will insert the updated coordinate information
                 into the system

        Site Elevation:

                 380m

Pursuant to discussions with the frequency coordinator, it is the licensee’s understanding that
neither frequency coordination nor a Radiation Hazard Study is required in connection with this
Minor Modification.

In addition, because this earth station uplinks to Leidos’ RPS-2 satellite and receives
radionavigation-satellite service signals from the satellite on the frequencies 1176.45 MHz and
1575.52 MHz (as does Leidos’ other earth stations under call signs E050330 and E050272), this
Modification Application specifies the following:

Item 20–Inserted “g. Other – Radionavigation-Satellite Service”
Item 24–Inserted “c. Other–Frequency Lower – 1176.45 MHz; Frequency Upper: 1575.42 MHz”

Because these frequencies are receive frequencies, it is Leidos’ understanding that frequency
coordination is not required for these items.
