Dear Ms. Dortch,

Pursuant to Section 25.133 of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”),
Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) certifies that it has completed construction and begun operation of its
Ellenwood, Georgia E170121 earth station facility. The Commission granted Intelsat license to
operate this earth station facility on October 4, 2017.1 The station became fully operational on or
about January 29, 2018. The earth station antenna networks authorized by the E170121 license have
been tested and operations are consistent with Part 25 of the Commission's rules. The antennas
authorized pursuant to the license will remain operational during the license period unless the license
is submitted for cancellation.
