(“Viasat”) submits this supplement to the above-referenced application, which seeks to modify its Earth Exploration Satellite Service (“EESS”) earth station to add the General Atomics Orbital Test Bed (“OTB”) NGSO satellite as a new point of communication and to add emission designators that will be used with the OTB satellite. General Atomics has filed an application for the OTB satellite with the Office of Engineering Technology. That application provides the technical specifications of the satellite and the parameters of the proposed operations. See OET File No. 0087-EX-CN-2018 (filed Feb. 1, 2018).
