("MTN") submits this letter in response to a request from the Satellite Division to clarify in two minor respects the modified authority that is requested in the above—referenced application. First, the geographic coordinates contained in the current license are based on the NAD— 27 datum. Please correct the coordinates in Section A of the modified license to the following, which are based on the NAD—83 datum: 40° 23‘ 40.44" North, 74° 10‘ 24.84" West Second, the EIRP value level for both 36 MHz carriers (at 5925—6425 MHz and 5850— 6425 MHz) was incorrectly stated at Line E48 of the initial application, and this value should be corrected in both instances to 80.47 dBW. 2001 L STREET NW.
