("MTN") submits this letter in response to a request from the Satellite Division to clarify in two minor respects the modified authority that is requested in the above—referenced application. First, the geographic coordinates contained in the current license are based on the NAD— 27 datum. Please correct the coordinates in Section A of the modified license to the following, which are based on the NAD—83 datum: Site ID Antenna ID Latitude (NAD—83) Longitude (NAD—83) 1 #7 40°23‘41.41"N 74°1021.79"W 2 #8 40°23‘41.81"N 74°10‘21.01"W Second, in the frequency coordination section of the application, the western elevation angle and azimuth limits should be corrected as follows: E58.
