  Dear Ms. Dortch:

          This letter is to notify the Commission that construction relating to the modification of
  Earth Station EO60141, licensed to Hearst Properties Inc. ("Hearst"), pursuant to the Commission‘s
  grant dated November 15, 2017, in File No. SES—MOD—20170915—01027, was completed and
  operation of the facility commenced as of October 11, 2017, pursuant to the provisionally—granted
  rule in Section 25.151(e) of the Commission‘s Rules.

          Pursuant to the relevant provisions on the authorization and relevant portions of Rule
  Section 25.133(b), Hearst has authorized the undersigned to represent that Hearst‘s operation of
  the earth station will be in conformance with the authorized parameters, and the earth station will
  remain operational during the license period unless the authorization is submitted for cancellation,
  and the antenna has been tested and represented by the manufacturer to be within 2 dB of the
  pattern specified in Rule Section 25.209.
