43. Description. (Summarize the nature of the application and the services to be provided). Emerging Markets Communications, Inc. seeks to add the C-band frequencies 5925-5978 MHz, 6031-6097 MHz, 6169-6171 MHz and 6225-6425 MHz to its current permitted list authority as detailed in the attached coordination report. The application also changes the station remote control point and updates the corporate contact information for the licensee.
