FCC Form 312, Question E20 Exhibit D Exhibit D FAA Notification Not Required Per 47 CFR §17.7(e)(3) of the FCC’s rules, FAA notification is not required since the new terminal type is less than 6.10 meters in height. The new terminal is mounted to a tripod and thus will have an adjustable height. The maximum adjustment allows the height to be approximately 2.0 meters. The terminal operates at ground level, thus not increasing the height of another antenna structure. GATR Technologies, Inc.
