Attachment A Planet Labs Inc. Earth Station Application September 2016 Page 1 of 1 Description of Request With this application, Planet Labs Inc. (“Planet”) requests modification of its earth station located in Fairbanks, Alaska (Call Sign E150030) to increase the number of antennas authorized under the license from one to three. The requested additional antennas are the same model as the existing antenna and will be co-located with it. Accordingly, the information included in the attached Schedule B is identical to the technical and operational information reflected in the current authorization – with the sole exception of the increase in the quantity of antennas from one to three. As there is no other change to the authorization requested herein, the radiation hazard analyses already on file for Call Sign E150030 is not reproduced.
