SES-MOD-20160712-00651 (Call Sign E060147), SES-MOD-20160712-00649 (Call Sign E060148), and SES-MOD-20160712-00650 (Call Sign E040169) Dear Ms. Dortch: Nextel Communications of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sprint Corporation (collectively, “Sprint”), filed the above-referenced applications for modification. By this letter, Sprint supplements its applications to advise the Commission of a change to the information provided in the applications. In its Response to Question 34 regarding foreign ownership, Sprint reported that it had recently received the necessary approvals for a pro forma transaction whereby a new entity, SoftBank International GK, would be inserted into the vertical ownership chain above it.
