Exhibit A Viacom International Inc. Call Sign E950458 Modification of License May 2016 Description of Application Viacom International Inc. (“Viacom”) hereby requests a modification to its fixed earth station license, Call Sign E950458,1 to update antenna emission designators. In this Modification Application, Viacom requests to change its authorized emission designators from 27M0F8W to 27M0G7W. No changes apart from the updates to the emission designators are requested, and Viacom incorporates all previously submitted technical showings, including the radiation hazard analysis, for the subject antenna into this Modification of License application. The maximum EIRP densities of the requested carrier, 27M0G7W, do not exceed the maximum EIRP densities of the currently licensed carriers on this Call Sign, and, accordingly, frequency coordination is not required.
