- Applicant seeks herein modification of its existing authority for the following: (1) to add extended Ku-band transmit frequencies and related emissions in transmit and receive bands in support of the Telstar 12V satellite; (2) to add Telstar 12V as a specific point of communication; and (3) to extend the coordinated arc to 109.2 WL in conventional Ku-band frequencies. These changes apply only to the antenna identified as 15M on the license. Applicant does not seek any technical changes to other antennas on the same license.
