                                  FCC FORM 312
                    APPLICATION FOR SATELLITE EARTH STATION
                         SCHEDULE B – ANTENNA HEIGHTS

This exhibit supports an application by Meredith Corporation to construct a fixed transmit/receive earth
station operating in the Ku-Band.

The applicant is proposing to mount the earth station antenna on top of an existing building (see figure
1). The overall height above ground level of the antenna mounted on the roof of the building will be
13.6 meters.

                                              FIGURE 1
Sketch of Earth Station Antenna mounted on top of existing building
                                             (Not to Scale)

Since the overall height above ground level is less than 61 meters (200 feet) and is not located within the
vicinity of an airport as defined in CFR 47 Part 17.7 of the rules, notification to the FAA is not required.
Additionally, Antenna Structure Registration with the FCC is not required per CFR 47 Part 17.4(a).
