The proposed 0.75M, 1.0M, 1.8M and 5.6 M antenna structures will be less than 6.1 meters above the existing rooftop or ground levels. Per PART 17[17.14(b)] of the FCC rules, FAA notification is not required for this earth station. The 9.0 meter earth station antenna will be located in an area with existing trees and other structures taller than the antenna.
