(“SpeedCast”), we hereby file confirmation of the licensee name change associated with the FCC-approved transfer of control of various earth station licenses from Harris CapRock Communications, Inc. (“Harris CapRock”) to SpeedCast.1 As demonstrated in the attached Certificate of Amendment and Certificate of Fact, Harris CapRock formally changed its name to SpeedCast Communications, Inc. effective March 20, 2017. Accordingly, the Commission may update the license documents and associated information on the International Bureau Filing System (“IBFS”). A list of relevant licenses is attached for the Commission’s convenience. No change in operational characteristics or use of the subject earth station licenses will occur as result of this administrative name change. In addition, we request that the Commission update its records to reflect the undersigned, at the address above, as the current contact representative for SpeedCast, and the internal licensee contact is EllenAnn Sands, Senior Counsel (ellenann.sands@speedcast.com, 832-668-2753) for all of the subject licenses. 1See SpeedCast Communications Inc., File Nos.
