Exhibit A FCC Form 312, Response to Question 43: Description Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) requests modification of its earth station license, call sign KA264, to add an antenna unit. The additional antenna is within 1 arc second to the KA264 grant location, has identical parameters to the antenna cited in the current grant, and will be used with the same frequencies and points of contacts. The additional unit, added to the Schedule B box E29 submitted with this allocation, is the only proposed technical change to the existing grant and all other elements of the current grant should be continued. The site point-of-contact has also been updated.
