NBC Telemundo License LLC seeks to modify its authorization E150015 to add use of extended Ku−band transmit spectrum from 13787.0 to 14000.0 MHz for digital video, audio and data emissions in support of programming and broadcast services. 10

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
