Exhibit A FCC Form 312, Response to Question 43: Description Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) requests modification of its earth station license, call sign E040174, to add Intelsat 34 at 55.5° W.L. to the Points of Communication. Intelsat also adds transmit and receive frequencies and frequency coordination details. The submitted Schedule B includes only details of these additions and there are no deletions proposed from the existing grant.
