Hub Antenna SBY20 has been authorized by the Commission to communicate with the SATMEX 9 satellite at 117 W.L. SATMEX 9 will be licensed by Papua New Guinea. An application was filed with the Commission on behalf of the satellite operator for U.S. Market Access with file number SAT-LOI-20140617-00070. Please see this application and its Schedule S and other exhibits, which are hereby incorporated by reference, for the information required by 47 C.F.R. 25.137.
