I can confirm that the points you make below are accurate for the request we have made in file number SES-MFS-20150731-00482. As we discussed, can you please make the following changes noted in blue to the application document in IBFS? I understand that we are not able to make these changes directly through IBFS. In the future, we will make sure to answer these questions more accurately. 1. FCC Form 312 Main Form, Item 27, Purposed of Modification, you need to change option “j” to option “o” for “Other” since you are requesting to increase satellite arc not change Point of Communications. Please change our response to this question to "o" for "Other." In the specification block, please note "Increase authorized arc." 2. Item 43. You need to reword to specify “ to increase satellite arc of the Permitted List” Please revise our response to Item 43 to read as follows: "SES Americom, Inc. requests to increase the arc of the Permitted List satellites with which this earth station may operate." 3. Schedule B, item E10, Area of Operation, should be specifying Somis, CA not ALSAT. Please revise the response to item E10 to read "Somis, CA".
