                                 Description of Request

With this modification application, Skybox Imaging, Inc. (“Skybox”) requests
authorization to modify its existing earth station authorization, call sign E120025 (File
number SES-LIC-20120131-00120), with the replacement of the originally authorized
antenna and the addition of a second antenna, resulting in two authorized antennas at the
earth station.

The existing authorized antenna at the earth station, antenna ID ES 1 (“ES 1”),
serves the Skybox high-resolution imagery satellite system, call sign S2862, which is an
Earth Exploration Satellite Service (“EESS”) in a non-geostationary orbit. The proposed
additional antenna at the earth station, antenna ID ES 2 (“ES 2”), is intended to add
capacity to the earth station for serving the Skybox S2862 system.

Skybox intends to increase the reliability of the existing antenna, ES 1, by
replacing it with a new model 2.4TSX1 provided by Orbital Systems LTD. This new
model has the same size and antenna gain performance as the existing authorized
antenna. Additionally, the location, height, power limits, frequency coordination limits,
and particulars of operation ES 1 will remain the same as originally authorized.

The proposed additional antenna, ES 2, is also an Orbital Systems LTD model
2.4TSX1. This second antenna will increase the contact coverage for the existing
satellites, Skysat-1 and Skysat-2. Because Skysat-1 and Skysat-2 occasionally overlap in
orbit, a second antenna will allow earth station operations with both satellites
simultaneously. The second antenna will send telecommand signals in the EESS band at
2025-2110 MHz. The second antenna will receive communications from the S2862
satellites via three payload beams and a telemetry beam in the EESS band at 8025-8400
MHz.
