RigNet Satcom, Inc. Section 25.221 Compliance As part of its application to modify its existing commercial license (Call Sign: E980235) to add Ku- and C-band earth station vessel (“ESV”) terminals, RigNet Satcom, Inc. (“RigNet”) certifies in the following section and associated appendices that the proposed C-band ESV terminal, a Sea Tel Model 9711 2.4m stabilized antenna, complies with the relevant requirements of Section 25.221 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.221. Certification of Compliance with 47 C.F.R. § 25.221: (a)(1): Comply. See Exhibit I (Declaration of Conformity). (a)(2): Not applicable. (a)(3): Not applicable. (a)(4): Comply. The Global Network Operations Center (“NOC”), located at 1301 Fannin Street, Suite 745, Houston, Texas 77002, USA is the U.S. point of contact that has the authority and ability ability to cease all emissions for each ESV and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at phone numbers 1-281-674-0130 and 1-888-9RIGNET(744638). (a)(5): Comply. These records will be collected and maintained as specified and made available within 24 hours of a request. (a)(6): Comply. (a)(7): Comply. The ESV will be controlled by the Global NOC via the hub earth station located at 1710 W. Willow Street, Lafayette, Louisiana 70583, United States, available at phone number (337)761−2000. (a)(8): Comply. (a)(9): Comply. (a)(10): Comply. (a)(11): Comply. (a)(12): Comply. Any ESV operating within 200 km from the baseline of the United States, or within 200 km from a U.S.-licensed fixed service offshore installation, will be coordinated with potentially affected U.S.-licensed fixed service operators prior to operation.
