Exhibit B Use of the 5850-5925 MHz Band The frequency band 5850-5925 MHz is shared on a co-primary basis with federal government. Intelsat will comply with the provisions of footnote US245 and recognizes that this application is subject to an electromagnetic compatibility analysis. Intelsat’s operations in this band will be limited to international inter-continental communications. Intelsat accepts the potential for unacceptable interference to this earth station’s communication links in this frequency band from radiolocation systems, including high-powered land-based transportable and ship-borne radar transmitters operating in the band.
