Pursuant to Section 1.106 of the Commission’s Rules (47 C.F.R. §1.106), iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. (“IHM”) hereby petitions the FCC for reconsideration of and corrective action to its grant of authority of the April 28th, 2015 modification (SES-MOD-20150311-00141) to the license for Call Sign E050143. Additionally, IHM hereby petitions the FCC for reconsideration of and corrective action to its acceptance for filing of the publicly-noticed pending modification application (SES-MOD-20150311-00140) to the license for Call Sign E000329. Within the past two months, iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. has applied for and successfully been granted a license modification to its license for Call Sign E050143 on April 28th, 2015. IHM has also applied for a license modification to its license for Call Sign E000329, which has been accepted for filing by the FCC and has since been posted for public notice on April 29th, 2015.

A number of modifications that had been requested have not been enacted on the modified license for E050143, after having been accepted for filing by the FCC and clearing public notice. Additionally, a handful of Site IDs remain on E000329 in its public notice that ought to have been removed from that license and placed onto the E050143 authorization. Specifically, the modifications requested and approved that are missing or improperly recorded on the E050143 license and the public notice of modification to E000329 are: - the migration of several Site IDs from E000329 to E050143 (both are valid VSAT authorizations licensed to IHM), - the authorization to add one additional unit of antenna to a specific Site ID that is migrating from E000329 to E050143, - the relocation of Site IDs to reflect address changes to the anchor location from which those antennas are deployed and the new local address for the Remote Control Points on the E050143 license, and - changes in the emission designator for a select number of Site IDs/Antenna Facilities that are on E050143. The omitted or improperly recorded modifications are listed as below: (a) Migration of Sites IDs from License # E000329 over to License # E050143 iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. had requested to migrate a number of Site IDs from its Ku-band license, #E000329 (a separate FCC Form 312 had been concurrently filed requesting

modification of that license for the removal and replacement of these specific Site IDs). CONCLUSION For the reasons shown above, iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. requests that the Commission reconsider and take immediate corrective action to amend its grant of authority of the April 28th, 2015 modification (SES-MOD-20150311-00141) to the license for Call Sign E050143 to include the overlooked modifications requested above and in IHM’s initial application for modification. IHM also requests that the Commission reconsider and take immediate corrective action to amend its acceptance for filing of the publicly-noticed pending modification application (SES-MOD-20150311-00140) to the license for Call Sign E000329 (specifically, the removal of Site IDs migrating to IHM’s E050143 authorization).
