                                           (CALL SIGN E920639)

ITC Global USA, LLC (“ITC Global”) hereby seeks modification of its existing Ku-band

earth station license Call Sign E920639 to operate two (2) new Ku-band earth stations under the

license. The proposed earth stations have identical antennas - both 6.5m ASC Signal ES65-2

antennas - which, as follow-on models of the Andrew ES65-1 6.5m antenna, have the same

performance as the prior model that has been previously licensed by the Commission for use in

the United States. These earth stations will be collocated at ITC’s teleport at 5901 Earhard

Expressway in New Orleans, LA and will complement the existing Andrew ESA56-114B model

antenna currently operating under the above license. (See Exhibit D, depicting the proposed

locations of the new earth stations of the ITC Global facility).

The Commission previously granted ITC Global authority to operate the Andrew model

under the above-mentioned earth station license on January 7, 1994.1 Said license was renewed

prior to its expiration on May 21, 20032 , and ITC Global continues to provide FSS services at its

teleport under the license. Thus, ITC Global has an extensive history before the Commission

and repeatedly has proven its qualifications to hold a license and operate earth station facilities.

The addition of two 6.5m antennas to the license will serve the public interest by

allowing ITC Global to more effectively reach clients and to provide more efficient services to

its customers in the United States. In addition, operation of the new earth stations will be fully

consistent with the Commission’s spectrum management policies, including two-degree satellite

spacing, and will not adversely affect the operations of any existing or potential competitors.

Based on the foregoing and the additional technical information provided in this

application, the proposed license modification will strongly serve the public interest.

Accordingly, ITC Global respectfully requests that the Commission add both 6.5m ES65-2

model earth stations to its existing earth station license, Call Sign E920639.
