ITC Global USA, LLC seeks modification to convert the subject license from a common carrier authorization to a non−common carrier authorization; no changes whatsoever in technical parameters are contemplated by this application. 10

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
