As specified in its original application, American Samoa Telecommunications Authority (ASTCA) seeks FCC authority to operate an earth station in American Samoa, the southernmost territory in the United States. The ASTCA earth station will communication with a U.K.−licensed non−geostationary Ka−band satellite system previously approved to Revised Exhibit A 10

As specified in its original application, American Samoa Telecommunications Authority (ASTCA) seeks FCC authority to operate an earth station in American Samoa, the southernmost territory in the United States. The ASTCA earth station will communication with a U.K.−licensed non− geostationary Ka−band satellite system previously approved to communicate with earth stations in the United States. Attached to this question, ASTCA includes a revised Legal Narrative (Revised Exhibit A), which includes a brief description of the circumstances that have caused it to seek this amendment. ASTCA also incorporates by reference the Technical Narrative attached to its original application (Exhibit B). 20
